Church Picnic

Hey all – looking forward to seeing you tonight at the church picnic! We’remeeting at Britton Park – over by the water tower. We are playing games(volleyball, softball, ultimate Frisbee) from 4 – 5pm – then eating from 5 –6pm. After dinner, we are having our Fancy Bike Contest, and then somemusic and more games! We’ll be done around 8pm.

Hope you can come! We’ve invited the community to join us, so we’d like tohave several of us available to greet and get to know them.

We are having hamburgers and hot dogs. Bring a dish or two to pass. We areproviding place settings and beverages.

Hi Folks – just wanted to give you a heads up for a couple of parties onSaturday that are going on.

Amanda Hadden's (Duncan) graduation open house is from 5 – 9pm at Phil &Teresa’s house on Saturday. They would love to have you celebrate withthem!

Also – Phillip and Hannah are inviting everyone to come to a party at ourhouse on Saturday from 5 – 8pm. We’re having hot dogs/hamburgers andsnacks. This will be the only time they’ll both be available before Phillipgoes back to Iraq and they get married in November. So they’d love to beable to see you and have you meet Hannah!

Open house for Amanda

Hey Folks – really enjoyed seeing everyone yesterday! Hope you were blessed by the service and message.

I wanted to let you know that Amanda Hadden (Duncan) is having her Graduation open house this Saturday from 5 – 9pm at her mom and dad’s house (225 Maple St. Tecumseh). She’d love to see you all there! Her husband is in Afghanistan in the military until March of next year.

Things to do today

Hey folks – wanted to remind you of a couple of things going on today.

2:00pm - ?  Russ (extended) family reunion.  Everyone is invited!  Use this chance to see Shirley and family and enjoy sharing memories of Don. 

3:45pm – One Step Closer  - a Christian band made up of our own teens in concert today at PraiseFest in Tecumseh at Sequoia Camp on Gady Rd off of Occidental.  These guys are really good!

Cassidy's Open House and Business meeting

Just a quick note to let you know that Cassidy Schroeder’s open house is from 4 - 8pm today at Jim’s (his dad’s) house. The bulletin gave some conflicting information - and I wanted to clear up any confusion!

Also - don’t forget that we are having a quarterly business meeting after church tomorrow. For those who volunteered for things from last meeting -please be ready to share your updates!  We also have some interesting things to discuss and decide on!
